Job Context
Job Responsibilities
- Establish the networking environment by implementing recommended designing;
- System & Databases installation, configuration, maintenance, documenting changes and as per enforcing system standards
- System & Databases administration, upgrade, patching, user management and security policy enforcement
- Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
- Maximize infrastructure performance by monitoring, troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
- Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
- Secure infrastructure by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
- Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
- Report infrastructure operational status by gathering and prioritizing information
