Job Responsibilities
- Receiving patients/ visitors at the front
- Collect & preserve the contact information of organizations/company for communication.
- Receive letter, documents and handover those to the concerned persons.
- Providing necessary support to the Administration and office management.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures, and tickets).
- Will conduct any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
