Job Context

• Duty station: Balukhali, Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving patients/ visitors at the front
• Collect & preserve the contact information of organizations/company for communication.
• Receive letter, documents and handover those to the concerned persons.
• Providing necessary support to the Administration and office management.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures, and tickets).
• Will conduct any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
